We took a large, high quality brown leather Bean bag to have a zip replaced and the bag restuffed. We waited six weeks and after lots of phone calls we kept being told the zip was coming in and then it would be done. When I arrived to pick it up the man bundled it straight into my car and didn't let me look at it. The bag was all dirty. When I got home the zip had not been replaced at all, there was just some very poor sewing on the suede bottom where the zip had been removed. I phoned to ask what on earth had happened and what I had paid for and they have not rung back. Really shoddy work and was strung along for weeks. Don't use this company!

Really top quality bespoke furniture. Our doors were too small to allow the sofas we wanted - so were customised and finished in our home. Wide range of fabrics and custom built designs to match whatever we wanted. Very professional service.
